Owner, President Lisa Hope, ATR-BC, LCAT, LADC, MAC, CASAC, CRPA, RCP is a Nationally Board Certified Art Therapist, Masters Addictions Counselor and Designated Recovery Coach Professional. She has a strong clinical background in counseling individuals with Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. As the president of Prepared Training, Lisa trains many areas in the field of Substance Use Disorders in efforts to equip professionals to better manage or understand how to counsel or coach individuals seeking recovery. Lisa Hope is also the recipient of the internationally recognized “Those Who Make A Difference” honor 2018. She hopes to continue to spread the word that recovery is possible and reduce the stigma of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders through empowering workshops

Cini Shaw MA, AADC, CASAC II, NCPRSS, MATS is an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, certified by the state of Connecticut, a CASAC II, certified by the state of New York. And a Nationally Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist. I have a private practice in New Canaan, CT. and I am also the primary Senior Therapist at St. Vincent’s Behavioral Health’s acute care psychiatric unit for adults with co-occurring disorders in Westport, CT. I am a Recovery Coach and a Trainer of Recovery Coaches, certified through the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery. I am a certified Medicated Assisted Treatment Specialist through the Connecticut Certification Board. I have received intensive training in Mindfulness Self-Compassion through the Center for Mindfulness Self-Compassion.
LMSW social worker
Erin Baumann is a LMSW social worker who works to support the ESRD population through advocacy, intervention, and education. Erin believes that including patients and families in their healthcare decisions results in their empowerment giving them purpose when they are struggling with a chronic condition.
Erin has supported the access to care needs through a close partnership with the New York Department of Health. Erin holds a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University, and a Master of Health Law and Policy degree from Hofstra University.
